Popsicles – the summer hit

What would summer be without all the tasty icecream? But what would summer be without a bikini figure or a nice six-pack? What sounds like it’s mutually exclusive comes together in delicious homemade popsicles. Such a popsicle is like a protein shake on a stick.

What you need is not much, but you should pay attention to the quality of the ingredients, especially the quality of the Whey protein powder. These are the ingredients you need for your protein shake on the stick:

70 ml milk (1.5% fat)

150 g Greek yogurt

40 g SiseLean chocolate or vanilla (only available from Sisel International)

60 g frozen berries

That’s how you make the Popsicles

Pour all the ingredients for the popsicles into a blender and mix until creamy.

Put the berries in the ice cream moulds of your choice.

Fill with the yoghurt mixture and put it in the freezer for at least 8 hours. Remove the ice cream from the mould and enjoy.
