Of course and he knows Ayurveda very well and knows about the effective health promoting herbs that India has to offer. Some of them have particularly impressed him and one of them is Haritaki, which he warmly recommends.
More oxygen in the body with Haritaki
From the evergreen Haritaki tree the olive-like fruits are used and these contain up to approx. 45% gall acid, various amino acids and fatty oils. In traditional Chinese medicine, Haritaki was already mentioned as an anti-aging agent in literature in the 11th century.
Haritaki is an essential component of most Ayurvedic remedies and is considered the queen of natural remedies. Haritaki cleans and purifies the digestive tract and especially the intestinal wall from deposits, which results in a better absorption of nutrients and minerals in the body. Haritaki improves the oxygen content in the blood by up to 300% and thus provides for an improved microcirculation in the tissue and thus also for substantially more mitochondrial cell energy. Haritaki is also said to have an energizing, nourishing and strengthening effect on the body. An increased oxygen content in the body is particularly important during sport and at work.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda recommends that you take Haritake in the evening (approx. 1 tsp with water) to have a restful sleep. But sleep is not only restful, many users also report that they suddenly remember their dreams again. Who takes Haritake, becomes mentally clear and can relax much faster.
You only have to get used to the idiosyncratic taste!
And you have to know, that it works!
